How to Update Device Drivers Quickly & Easily

Toshiba Satellite Pro A100 Drivers
Hello guys, first of all I'm new on this forum so excuse me if I posted this in wrong section and second - sorry for my bad English, I hope you'll understand me
I have a few questions considering installing OS X on my Toshiba Satellite L670-15Q Laptop before buying anything (OS X). Will everything work fine on it? (since I heard that Toshiba Satellite laptops are the most similar laptops to Mac laptops). I think all specs are written in my sig, but I'll rewrite them again. And which OS should I install? Leopard or Lion?
I usually use my laptop for my coledge and for playing League of legends (I think it will work on OS X).
Here are my laptop specs (in detail):
